Начало книги

Every night where the battle rages.

Tea? No, better to someone else.

A gas mask? I do have a scarf…

It seems she is whispering verses

While the fire scorches the ground.

This-Girl-Who-Asks-Questions

Remembers everyone from the barricade:

The-Elder-Who-Greets-You-With-Gestures,

The-Guy-Who-Composes-Lays.

Тихо шепоче, здається, вірші,

Доки вогонь випалює пустку.
