Abstract: public-private partnership, which is currently implemented in the sectors of production and social infrastructure of the company, is an important, but not the only form of strategic partnership between public authorities and business. Modern Russian practice shows the demand for other forms of business, including joint activities of the state and business related to the development of strategies for socio-economic development of the Russian Federation, the clustering of their socio-economic space. The article substantiates the demand for monitoring the effectiveness of the strategic partnership between the state and business. Defined by its purpose and objectives, the proposed set of indicators, the election for these forms of partnership.
