The article shows that the strategic partnership between the state and business is not only with the production of public goods and services. In modern Russian practice it is claimed also in the spatial development of the country and regions, the development and implementation of policy documents determining the strategic vectors and mechanisms of socio-economic development of Russia, constituent entities of the Russian Federation.
