The strategic partnership between the state and business is not only related to the development and implementation of PPP projects. Modern Russian practice shows the use of other forms, including the joint activities of these partners in the development of development strategies of the Russian Federation, clustering their socio-economic space. The article substantiates and exposes the key directions of development of strategic partnership between the state and business, taking into account the features of these forms. In the composition of the areas: strengthening of the social orientation and innovation, upgrading, and staffing of the strategic partnership between the state and business, encouraging the practice of integrated application forms.

Результаты анализа современной российской практики стратегического партнерства государства и бизнеса, опубликованные ранее в работах [1–4], свидетельствуют о недоиспользовании его потенциала в решении ключевых задач социально-экономического развития субъектов Российской Федерации. В этой связи, актуальной научной задачей становится обоснование ключевых направлений развития такого партнерства.
