Once again I have managed to find some unusual monsters; strange and wonderful creatures that I am certain you have never met before. Let us run very quickly through the eleven stories, so that you may have some idea of what to expect.

The Story of the Three Young Shepherds by Ruth Manning-Sanders. Three young shepherds set up house in a strange valley, which has a terrible monster living in a stone castle at the far end. A very nasty situation.
