I guess it is pretty ironic when you think about it. I ran away from home because of my Mom's boyfriend's demands of me and the fact my Mom was no help at all.

Dad left Mom when he caught her with another man. I couldn't blame him. She was a real slut! I had known she had seen other men when he was out of town because of his sales job but I didn't know how to tell him.

Eventually she began bringing men home. It embarrassed me terribly when I would open the door after school to find her and a man naked and making love in the living room. It didn't bother her a bit. She said I was fifteen and old enough to learn the facts of life.

When she was caught and Dad moved out I hoped I could go with him but the judge said since my Dad was out of town so much in his job I should stay with my Mom even though I told him what a slut she was. He said that it was understandable for her to look for companionship since Dad was gone so much and since Mom was so pretty he was sure she would soon settle down with a man that did not travel. He seemed to think everything was Dad's fault for not getting a job that would keep him home.
